Mini split (Evan's office)

Pull the old heater and AC out of Evan's office and put in a ductless mini split, powered off the existing 220V heater circuit.

Where we are: Plan: take out the old heater and AC unit in Evan's office and replace with a TOSOT 12,000 BTU ductless mini split ($809.99) on a wall mount bracket ($39.99). It's more power than his office alone needs, but the idea is it can also cover the foyer with heat and AC when needed. William is running the 220V up and out through the wall where the AC is now, reusing the circuit that currently powers the old heater. Might need fire-rated caulk/firestop from Lowe's once the wall is open — won't know until then.
