Totals are material only, before freight and tax. Adhesive: use releasable pressure-sensitive glue so single tiles can be swapped (e.g. Henry 650R, ~$162 per 4-gal pail, covers ~1,200 sf → 8 pails ≈ $1,300). Install labor typically $0.50–$1.00/sf (≈ $4,400–$8,700); a volunteer install is realistic on a clean, flat floor. No retailer advertises a church discount — ask anyway, and ask HD/Lowe's Pro desks for a volume quote. Dalton GA liquidators are ~4–5 hrs away; picking up with a trailer saves freight.
